Real-world self-defense isn't about "fighting like a man." It's about utilizing leverage, psychology, and awareness to safeguard your life.
🚫 No "Cardio Kickboxing" fluff. This is technical survival training.
Most attacks start before physical contact. We teach you to spot predatory behavior and de-escalate before violence occurs.
We teach biomechanics designed for smaller frames. Learn to escape hair grabs, bear hugs, and pins without needing to be stronger than your attacker.
We train in normal clothes and realistic scenarios (parking lots, confined spaces), not just on comfortable gym mats.
"I walked in nervous and walked out feeling like I could handle myself. The instruction is practical, safe, and incredibly empowering. I highly recommend this for any woman who runs or works alone."

Absolutely not. Our program is based on leverage, not athleticism. You do not need to do pushups or run laps to learn how to save your life. We meet you exactly where you are.
Wear whatever you are comfortable moving in. Yoga pants, leggings, or sweatpants and a t-shirt are perfect. We train barefoot on the mats.
That is actually preferred! You have no bad habits to break. Our women's program is designed specifically for beginners who have never thrown a punch or been in a fight.
Sensei Baum is happy to discuss your specific goals and help you find the best path.
