Absolutely not. Because we rely on leverage and mechanics rather than youth and athleticism, you can start at 20, 40, or 60.

"Do I have to fight?"

No. We train cooperatively. You will learn to neutralize an attacker, but we do not engage in aggressive "sport" sparring.

"Is it effective?"

Yes. We teach a "1-2-3 Strategic Approach"—blending traditional art with modern tactical reality.
